4. Onboarding, Consultations & Strict Refund Rule

Payment unlocks downloadable templates, blueprints, and the scheduling of one-on-one onboarding/consultation sessions. Once the consultation is conducted, payment processed, and course access granted, no refunds will be offered under any circumstances. By paying and accessing the files, you explicitly waive your right to a refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

Trading Tatva, its founders, mentors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, damages, or financial loss arising from the use or application of our educational content or platform.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
