Refund Policy

At Trading Tatva, we are committed to providing high-quality educational services. We understand that sometimes our courses may not meet your expectations, and we want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our refund policy.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of course enrollment
  • You have accessed less than 25% of the course content
  • You have not downloaded any course materials
  • Technical issues prevent you from accessing the course content
  • The course was cancelled or significantly modified by us

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • One-on-one mentoring sessions that have been completed
  • Live trading sessions that you have attended
  • Courses purchased more than 7 days ago
  • Courses where more than 25% of content has been accessed
  • Digital materials that have been downloaded
  • Subscription services after the first billing cycle

How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Contact Us
Send an email to refunds@tradingtatva.com with your order details and reason for refund.

Step 2: Provide Information

  • Your full name and email address used for registration
  • Order number or transaction ID
  • Course name and enrollment date
  • Detailed reason for requesting the refund

Step 3: Review Process
Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and respond with a decision.

Processing Time

Approval Timeline

  • Request review: 2-3 business days
  • Refund processing: 5-7 business days after approval
  • Bank processing: 3-10 business days (varies by bank)

Important Note:
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds:

  • If you have accessed between 25-50% of course content
  • For technical issues that affected part of your learning experience
  • For course modifications that significantly changed the content
  • At our discretion for exceptional circumstances
